Return and Exchange Policy at LingerLab

Our efforts are aimed at ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase at our store. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you've purchased. Here are our return and exchange conditions:

Returns at the Customer's Discretion

• You can return the product within 14 days from the moment of its receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, without damages, in the same state they were received, with all labels and packaging intact.
• Products that have been damaged, used, show signs of unsanitary conditions, dents, or scratches are not eligible for return.
• The cost of shipping the returned product is borne by the buyer.
• Custom-cut items, such as fabrics, laces, elastics, etc., are not eligible for exchange or return.

Before returning, you must notify us by email at support@linger-lab.com. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Return or Exchange of Defective Products or Due to Error by LingerLab

• If you find a defect or an error in your order, please send photographs of the defective product to our email address: support@linger-lab.com. We will promptly review the situation and offer a replacement product or a refund.
• If the product was damaged during transportation, this must be noted on the carrier's consignment note and contact us within 24/48 hours after receiving the product to file a claim. Claims submitted after this period, unfortunately, cannot be considered.
